Apply to Serve at Competitors Camp 2026

FCA has a new volunteer application process.  All FCA volunteers for Competitors Camp must register in our new Volunteer Impact Portal (VIP) system.  Below is a summary of the steps necessary to serve at Competitors.  Click the button below for a step by step guide of the VIP.

You will complete the VIP journey by:

1. Creating an Account at vip.fca.org
2. Click "Login with FCA Account." Then on the next page, click the "Create an account" link under "Need an FCA Account?"
3. Providing personal details and creating your profile
4. Applying to serve at camp
5. Go to your profile
6. On the left hand side scroll to Camps
7. Click on Camps
8. Top left click on Name
9. Type Competitors Camp and click search button top right
10. Click Apply Now
11. Click through the pages to find the role you want to serve in (Huddle Leader, Coach, Camper Care, Operations etc.)
12. Click "select this role"
13. At the top of the screen click "Apply to selected Role"
14. Going back to your profile. At the top of the page click grey button "click here to continue"
15. Reviewing FCA's Statement of Faith and Christian Community Statement
16. Completing a Spiritual Questionnaire
17. Signing necessary waivers
18. After steps 1-7 have been completed, your application will be reviewed by a staff person.
19. Submitting a background check. Once you have been approved to serve at camp you will receive an email from Asurint requiring you to submit a background check.
20. Completing E3 and Child Protection Training
